We are able to run planning sessions to help boards understand performance management and deal with difficult personalities or offer workshops such as, ‘Creating a stress free environment’ and ‘Recognising burnout’.
Coaching is available for the management team as a whole, or individual members of the board.
We are able to offer assistance with teams in team coaching, workshops and team building. Using coaching techniques, we can assist teams to set outcomes and access resources to achieve any number of goals.
We prefer where it is indicated to adopt a solutions-based approach rather than a problem-based approach to team coaching. Most dysfunctional teams are demotivated and demoralised. They often perceive that they have been analysed to death and are already locked into a cycle of problems. Allowing them to break out of this by permitting them to concentrate on the positive aspects of their behaviour and looking for ways to amplify and improve on it, is a refreshing new approach for many.
